After 10+ years of closing enterprise deals across AI SaaS, construction technology, and collaboration software, I know what it takes to build pipeline, win complex deals, and develop the teams that do it consistently. I am looking for my next challenge as a Director of Sales or Enterprise Account Executive at a company where impact actually matters.


My Approach

Sales is a people business. The best deals I have ever closed came from genuinely understanding what a customer was trying to solve, not from running a playbook. I bring that same philosophy to leadership. I coach the way I sell, by getting curious first. Every rep I work with is wired differently, motivated by different things, and performs best under different conditions. My job is to figure that out and build around it, not force everyone into the same mold. When people feel seen and understood, they show up differently. That is when the real growth happens.
